Getting to know you and understanding your needs is the first step to a healthier you. Our initial one-on one-consultation allows us to establish critical data for your success.
Initial consultations last approximately 50 minutes in which we aim to establish your:
- health goals and needs
- current lifestyle and daily routines
- motivations and concerns
- medical and psychological history
- perceived barriers to change
- desire for us to partner with any of your existing medical or allied health providers
This session aims to give a whole-person health picture of what is going on in your body and mind so that we treat the root causes and underlying problems, not just the symptoms.
We then present and walk you through our recommended next steps towards achieving your goals.
